| Making A Purchase As well as ONLINE purchasing, we accept orders on the TOY PHONE and by POST. Instead print out the page and post to us together with your cheque. | Shipping And Handling We aim to ship all items within 7 working days but to countries outside the UK delivery may take up to 28 days. To allow us to keep our prices down so that you, the customer, benefits we do not hold huge amounts of stock. Also, as we are an ethical toy retailer we have made the decision not to buy toys in bulk. We believe that if we buy toys in bulk then we are encouraging companies to mass produce toys that may not be recycled should stocks not be sold. Therefore, when you place an order for a toy with us we often then place the order with our suppliers. Hence we advise that toys can take up to 7 days to be delivered. We hope you understand our reasons for this. |
| Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. We anticipate that we will be able to despatch your order to you within seven business/working days. BUT CHECK EACH INDIVIDUAL TOY FOR INFORMATION ON NORMAL DELIVERY TIMES these are, however, simply guidelines. We cannot guarantee that items will be delivered within the suggested timeframe as delays do occur please allow 28 days at busy time in the unlikely event of an item being out of stock. Availability is only guaranteed whilst stocks last. International orders are generally received in under 28 days depending on your choice of mail service. We will keep you updated at all times on despatch dates or estimated despatch dates if your item is on back order. |
